Eastbourne Suzuki wins National and Regional Dealer of the Year 2022

Eastbourne Suzuki have been awarded the prestigious Suzuki Dealer of the Year Award for 2022.

The announcement was made at the Suzuki Annual Conference in Tenerife on 3rd December where our CEO and Chairman Mark Lambird was called to the stage to collect our award on behalf of our Eastbourne Suzuki team.

Rated against all the Suzuki dealerships in the UK, Eastbourne Suzuki achieved the highest overall marks for sales, service, customer care, staff knowledge, customer satisfaction and overall trust.

We are most grateful to all our Suzuki sales and service customers for their valued feedback and much appreciated loyal custom which has helped us achieve this success.

Suzuki crowns National and Regional Dealer of the Year Winners for 2022

At its National Dealer Conference held recently in Tenerife, Suzuki GB PLC named this year’s winners of its annual Dealer of the Year awards with Sussex based dealer Eastbourne Suzuki being crowned overall National Dealer of the Year and J&J Bridgend for Best Customer Experience throughout the year. J&J Motors also received a 25 Years long service award for its Swansea based dealer.

Prior to the announcement, all dealerships within Suzuki’s nationwide network were evaluated using the same criteria to determine the Regional, National and Customer Experience winners. They were assessed on the percentage of target sales achieved, finance penetration percentage, Sales and Service Customer Experience, number of parts and also quantity of accessories sold. The figures were then aggregated on a balanced scorecard to reveal the top dealer in each of the categories.

As well as Eastbourne Suzuki winning both National and Regional Dealer of the year accolades, five other businesses also received Regional awards. These were Luscombe Suzuki Leeds, Fleming Brothers of Hunstanton, Cumbria Suzuki, Roadworthy Suzuki of Bristol and C&M McDonald of Aberdeen.
