SUZUKI CELEBRATES ITS NATIONAL AND REGIONAL DEALER OF THE YEAR WINNERS
Suzuki GB PLC has named the winners at this year’s annual Dealer of the Year awards with Tracks of Exeter being crowned the triple winner of the National Dealer of the Year, Regional Dealer of the Year (Region F) and Best Customer Experience accolades.
The awards took place at Suzuki’s National Dealer Conference held at The Grove Hotel, Watford and Sir Clive Woodward, former Rugby Union player and Coach of the England World Cup winning team assisted the Suzuki Directors with the presentations as part of his role as guest speaker at the conference.
The winners were decided following a nationwide assessment of all dealerships in the brand’s portfolio. The Regional, National and Customer Experience winners were assessed on the percentage of target sales achieved, finance penetration percentage, Sales and Service Customer Experience and the number of parts and quantity of accessories sold. These figures are then aggregated on a balanced scoreboard to reveal the dealership at the top of each category.
There were also five Regional Dealer of Year winners at the event including Donnelly Brothers (Region A), Luscombe Suzuki Leeds (Region B), Cumbria Suzuki (Region C), Eastbourne Suzuki (Region D) and Sportif Suzuki (Region E).

Additionally, a total of 17 dealers were recognised for their long service with Suzuki. Awards were presented to dealerships from across the country celebrating milestones from 10 years through to an incredible 45 years. The winners were:
